In-form Johnson and Reeves hit the winning trail

Peter Johnson and Alan Reeves maintained their good run of form as they claimed the respective first prizes in the 20th round of the nine-hole Seniors competitions.

Reeves, who finished third in the March Seniors Stableford, beat Ian Machell on countback after shooting 20 points over the outward stretch.

Johnson, who was successful in the previous front-nine event, showed he can also play over the remaining holes as he carded 19 points to nudge one ahead of Paul Farenden.
