Overstone Park made it two home wins in two outings this year as they backed up their defeat of reigning champions Wellingborough seven days earlier by thrashing Peterborough Milton 7½-½.
A home win never looked in doubt once Luke Barney (7&6), Ryan Genner and Richard Dalton (both 6&5) strolled in with points under their belts.
Jack Binch, James Barker, Fraser Carnihan and Mikey Chambers all recorded 3&2 victories for Overstone, before Milton’s Tom Burgh avoided a team whitewash by halving his match with Adam Print.
