Two narrow home wins for Rushden in the space of three days against Wellingborough and Silverstone weren’t enough for them to book a semi-final place as they finished with a minus points difference in Group B.
Wellingborough, for whom Duncan Felce and Mark Davis (one hole) and Martin Dalton and Tim Veal (one hole) collected points in their 3-2 loss at Rushden, remain in pole position but can still be overtaken by the other three teams.
