George Harrison had his mind set on victory in the Christmas Scramble as he successfully teamed up with Michael Forgione, Tom Langhorn and Jack Langhorn to shoot the leading score of net 58.
Half a stroke behind in second place was the quartet of Michael Franklin, Miles Mudge, Brian McGinley and Sam Peake, with Gez Strangwood’s team a further shot adrift in third.
Michael Kingswood won the Seniors Turkey Trot competition by two from Peter Johnson after posting 38 points. Patrick Evans (35) finished in third position.

Sam Wade grabbed first place in the Christmas Competition as his tally of 36 points was two more than Steve Arkell and Paul King could manage.
Countback was needed in the December Medal as in-form Roy Trim edged out Red Craig after both shot net 72.
