Women’s British Open
Charley Hull was the highest placed British player in the AIG Women’s British Open as the Kettering golfer finished in a tie for 24th place at Woburn GC.
Hull, who sat in fourth place after starting with a brilliant opening round of 67, added two scores of 70 to stay in contention for her first major victory, before slipping back with a final round 76.
Fellow county golfer Meghan MacLaren (Wellingborough) missed the cut with scores of 73 and 77.
