Priors Hall
James Allison and David Hughes combined well in week six of the Winter Doubles Mini League at Priors Hall as their 11-hole score of 27 points secured top spot by one.
Scott Gordon, who carded back-to-back birdies on seven and eight, took the runners-up spot for the second successive week alongside Darren Buchan.
John Lenaghan birdied the first and eighth holes in the last February Seniors Winter Stableford as his total of 24 points over 11 holes edged him one clear of Douglas Welch.

Hellidon Lakes
Mid-handicapper David Bevan backed up his impressive four point victory in the latest Tigers Merit League competition by leading the second division scoring in the Hellidon Lakes Captain’s Drive-In competition with 34 points.
Chris Bass (36) won the high handicap category by two from Andrew Thornton, but the best tally came in the top division as Ben French posted an excellent score of 38 points to finish three ahead of Tony Inskip.

Peterborough Milton
Net 71 was the leading round in both divisions of the Men’s Midweek Medal at Peterborough Milton as Jay Noye beat fellow single-figure handicapper Chris Savage on countback, while David Phillips edged one ahead of Mick Parkin in the second category.

Northampton
Alfie Sunman secured his second victory in the Junior League at Northampton as he bagged an impressive nine-hole total of 27 points in the March competition.
A gross par five on the third, the hardest hole on the course, helped the January competition winner finish one point ahead of Lily Davies, with Luke James in third on 23.

Wellingborough
The two divisions in the latest Wellingborough Ladies Stableford witnessed close finishes as Jackie Mudd beat Lorna Winfield on countback in the top section, while Sarah Chudley nudged one ahead of Sue A Joyce and Ellen Steel in the high-handicap category.

Overstone Park
Chris Cooke’s exceptional form in non-handicap qualifying competitions at Overstone Park continued as he finished runner-up on countback in both the Seniors Yellow Tee Nine-hole Stableford and Seniors 16-hole Medal.
After a win, plus a fourth place, earlier in the month, Cooke narrowly missed out on two more victories as Peter Harrison (22 points) and Tom Meazza (net 59) grabbed the plaudits.

Rushden
Stephen Hatten enjoyed the opportunity to carry a lighter set around nine holes at Rushden as won the Seniors Four Clubs in the Bag Stableford.
The 19-handicapper needed countback to claim the top prize after finishing level with Kevin Mudie after posting a tally of 19 points. Frank Wildman was third on 18.
