Rose Ladies Series

Wellingborough professional Meghan MacLaren made a positive debut on the 2021 Rose Ladies Series as she grabbed a share of the runners-up prize in the second tournament with a two-over-par 74 at Woburn.

MacLaren, who missed the opening event at West Lancs whilst competing on the LPGA Symetra Tour, overcame a difficult front nine to post birdies on the 11th, 16th and 18th holes on the Duchess Course to finish just two behind winner Liz Young

Last year’s County Ladies Amateur Champion Thalia Martin (Peterborough Milton), who turned professional during the off-season, finished 22nd with a round of 80.
