Masters Series on Progress Junior Golf tees off

The Masters Series on Progress Junior Golf teed off on Sunday (yesterday) at the wonderful Charnwood Forest Golf Club in Leicestershire as boys and girls competed over nine holes in the Midlands Nine-hole Masters.

Anaya Sukhija (Shirley) and George Hoey (Copt Heath) came in with the joint-best score as they both posted a five-under-par round of net 29 to win their respective divisions.

Charles Eades (Aylesbury Vale) secured a one shot victory in the top category, with a net 32.
