European Challenge Tour

Wellingborough professional Ryan Evans made the cut in his first European Challenge Tour event of the year as he finished in a tie for 47th place in the Challenge de Spain after shooting rounds of 72, 71, 73 and 73 at Izki GC.
Fellow county pro Gary Boyd, who carded four scores in the 60s on his way to finishing joint-seventh in the Turkish Airlines Challenge the previous week, couldn’t maintain his excellent form as he missed the cut on 146.
