Collingtree Park
Zac Davidson completed an individual and team double in the last Junior Order of Merit event of the Collingtree Park Winter Series.
The youngster carded the joint-best individual total, with Lucy Haywood, of 18 points, as well as combining with Krishan Panesar to clinch the team category on 28 points.
Whittlebury Park
Four points was the margin of success in the latest 9 O’Clock Club Competition at Whittlebury Park as high-handicapper Simon Stevenson clinched the Mac’s Putter.
Stevenson (39) finished clear of Stephen Herring, Raymond Swann, Paul Austin, Simon Langley, Andrew Stewart and Rob Morgan.
Kingsthorpe
Tony Farrow led the Seniors Stableford qualifiers as he won the March competition at Kingsthorpe with an excellent tally of 40 points. Bob Wright finished runner-up on 38, with Bob Lees third on 34.
Hellidon Lakes
Two points was the difference between first and second in the 16th round of the Hellidon Lakes Tigers Winter Merit League as Ludlow Johnson grabbed the honours from Paul Shurvinton. Philip Gray and Roy Trim were next on 35.
Northampton
Karen Risk finished a couple of points ahead of Lorraine Chadwick-Colmer (30) in the ADL Ladies March Stableford at Northampton. Jill Cousins was successful in the nine-hole competition a few days later.
Staverton Park
Sharon Jones defeated Bronwen Curtis on countback in the fourth Ladies Weekend Winter Series event at Staverton Park after shooting 19 points over nine holes.
Daventry
Philip Crisp was successful in the Daventry March Nine-Hole Stableford on countback from Kevin Tarbox with 18 points. Third place went to Paul Hollely on 16.
Delapre
Jamie Cordiner’s team secured a countback success in the Jim Edmonds Salver at Delapre from Christopher Chapman’s side on net 61.
