Robin Williams had the pleasure of holing the winning putt for Great Britain and Ireland as the team lifted the 2018 Jacques Leglise Trophy after defeating Europe 15½-9½ at Kytaja in Finland.
The Peterborough Milton member, who collected one win and a half out of his two matches on the opening day, secured the team success with a 2&1 victory in the singles on the second afternoon.
Williams will now be turning his attention to the Junior Ryder Cup as he joins forces with his European colleagues to take on the USA in the biennial contest on September 24th-25th.
