Elton Furze made it back-to-back away wins in Group A of the Ladies Cecil Leitch League as they recorded a 3-2 victory at Whittlebury Park.
After beating Wellingborough by a single point last month, Elton Furze kept their momentum going as they secured victory by taking the opening three ties on the 18th hole.
Pauline Hurley was successful in game one, Susan Pawson doubled the away lead, before Anita Cordery confirmed the team victory by winning the last hole against Tracey Heavey.
Whittlebury, who defeated Wellingborough B in their opening fixture, bagged consolation points from Christine Coles and Deborah Dixon in the final two games.
Group B
Rushden leapfrogged above Kettering to the top of the Group B standings thanks to a 5-0 home thrashing of the overnight pacesetters.
Yvonne Wilcox (4&3), Gill Mullaney (6&4), Julie Beavan (5&4), Claire McIlroy (4&2) and Eli Farrington (8&7) were in great form as Rushden lead the table on points difference from Wellingborough, with Kettering dropping to third.
