NGL confirm 2021 events

A full schedule of fixtures in county competitions for 2021 has been provisionally arranged for all the various sections, dependant on the situation with the coronavirus.

The Higgs Bowl remains the traditional May season opener for the men, who can also look forward to playing in the County Championships, County Foursomes, Stableford Cup, NGL Open, Izzard Trophy, Champion of Champions and Club Am-Am.

The ladies can compete in the County, Intermediate and Bronze Championships, the Champion of Champions, a couple of Betterball events, the Bouverie Bowl, Tazza Trophy and Charity Medal, and for the more experienced players the Ladies Seniors Championship.

They also have the opportunity to play in the Family Foursomes and the Mixed Fourball, while the Seniors Championship and Seniors Pairs Championships could also be an option. For the younger players, the Junior County Championships is the main event.

Over the coming weeks and months, the NGL will keep a close eye on government advice regarding COVID-19 and will adjust their diary accordingly if required.
