NPGA Brampton Heath Pro-Am

Just one stroke separated the leading five professionals in the latest NPGA Winter Series Pro-Am as a large field battled it out for the prizes at Brampton Heath GC.
Experience proved decisive as Tim Rouse (Northants County) and Simon Lilly (Staverton) took the plaudits with a one-under-par 71 apiece, as Michael Campbell (Kettering), Nick Soto (Northampton) and home pro Kieran Thomas just missed out.
In the team competition, a 15-under-par score of 129 secured top spot for Adam Myers (Northants County) and his trio of amateurs as they finished two ahead of the quartet’s led by pros Carl Sainsbury and Rouse.
